    Government conditions for the TfL funding deal temporarily restrict the hours during which Londoners can use their Freedom Pass. This includes many key workers who are essential for the COVID-19 response, such as healthcare workers, and who have no choice but to continue to use public transport to get to work during these restricted times. Can TfL find a way to reimburse these additional unexpected costs for such workers, similar to the reimbursement scheme set up for the congestion charge?
