Wheelchair Assessment Tests, which previously were undertaken by an authorised DVLA assessment centre, were to ensure that drivers meet the required legal safety standard when loading and securing wheelchair passengers. How many taxi drivers who have purchased or rented the new electric taxi have been trained to secure a wheelchair passenger subject to any DVLA test in the last 3 years? What plans do you have to roll out this training?

Your Warmer Homes programme has been running since 2018 when it was launched with £20 million of Mayoral and Government funding. In December 2021 it was extended with a further £11.1 million and then in May 2022 you announced another £43 million of funding.
