And when a disabled person passes the knowledge, TfL has no provision, guidance or support to assist disabled taxi drivers with the high cost of the wheelchair accessible vehicle, whereby a disabled person with a physical disability could be excluded from picking up wheelchair users, and therefore would not use the wheelchair functionality.     Can I conclude from your shocking admissions in your delayed responses to questions 2022/3468 and 2022/3467 that, after more than 6 years since the Croydon Tram Crash and more than 3 years since the Loughborough Bus Driver Fatigue Study was published, TfL still does not have adequate fatigue risk assessment tools in place? How can you explain this shameful and potentially dangerous situation?

Of these 3879 potentially preventable Bus Safety Incidents, please identify (a) how many bus drivers have been subjected to disciplinary hearings and (b) the outcomes of those hearings.
