    In December 2016, the GLA recommended that Fairlop Waters and Fairlop Plain Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC) be upgraded to a Site of Metropolitan Importance (SMI). Can you confirm whether there has been any progress in taking this forward, and will you be making any representations to Redbridge Council about this?

    In your response to question 2023/3333, you stated, “As TfL explained when it wrote to you, due to the sensitivities with regard to the circumstances and families involved, it did not feel it was appropriate to publish these reports on its website. This continues to be TfL’s view.” Since, as you know from my questions 2020/3655 and 2020/4103, for years TfL regularly published statements about bus-related fatal incidents on its bus safety data releases before any Inquest was held, am I to assume that the sensitivities you’re concerned about are because, as you indicated in your response to question 2022/2981...
