    The Metropolitan Police Federation have complained that tube drivers have been offered a 4% pay rise this year and inflation plus 0.25% in the following 4 years, furthermore, tube drivers can strike if they are unhappy with their pay and conditions. By contrast the Police are threatened with a pay cut and cannot strike, do you sympathise and agree with the Metropolitan Police Federation's complaint and are you concerned this is further eroding the morale of Metropolitan Police Officers?
