Siân Berry AM: I want to start with some questions for Lyn on transport and traffic reduction. I want to focus my questions on strategic journeys into the LLDC area and outside of it, not the local journeys, but those longer journeys into and out of the area. We saw a huge number of those for the Olympics itself, but there were also longer-term venues that attract people from longer distances, the shopping centre, the sporting venues, the new cultural venues coming up. Siân Berry AM: I want to pick up on the Silvertown Tunnel with the Mayor briefly. Papers from TfL show that the consortium contracted to build and run Silvertown expect to begin actual tunnelling operations in January 2022, so this date basically represents the last moment to stop major works since you cannot actually back these machines back out of the tunnels once you have started to do tunnel works behind them. Siân Berry AM: I would like to start with the Commissioner. On the TfL deal with the Government, one key part of that is the requirement to increase our fares in London by retail price index (RPI) plus 1%. That comes out at 4.8% this year, based on the figure for RPI that came out in July. Are you comfortable that a nurse in zone 6 is going to face an increase in the cost of travel on TfL services of as much as £20 a month according to this arrangement?

Siân Berry AM: Coming back to the discussion you had with Assembly Member Bailey on the 2021 to 2026 housing grants and the allocations and profiles for it, you kept saying it was coming in the autumn and I think we know that in the public sector autumn runs from September to the end of December.
