Dr Onkar Sahota AM: Good morning, Mr Mayor. Good morning, Commissioner. My question is to you, Commissioner. First of all, I want to congratulate all the stations that have been opened up for Crossrail. Whilst Wandsworth Borough Council welcomes the increased funding for the London Youth Offer including the LDA contribution, we are concerned that a flawed funding formula (previously used to allocate Positive Activities for Young People funding) has now been applied to the London Youth Offer resulting in smaller Boroughs with less need receiving more funding than Wandsworth (e.g. Kensington and Chelsea). Could the Mayor please explain and clarify this situation
