In 2019, raw sewage flowed from a Thames Water overflow pipe into the wetlands, running into the canal and the River Lea on the Olympic Park a staggering 91 times over 1,026 hours. Am I right in thinking that there has been no change in police operations in firearms and that we do not have a ‘shoot-to-kill policy’; we have what is called a ‘shoot-to-stop’ policy?
