Can I ask you about the state of those negotiations and are you hopeful that we will get that capital funding?

Joanne McCartney AM: My question is to David. We have heard today about the reallocation of sites for housing in the development. I noticed in your local plan modifications consultation schedule that you still say that you are confident that you can achieve that 50% affordable housing target overall, but I want you to confirm that.
