Due to the change in the Home Office policy that you were mentioning, Enver, there has been a real risk of issue because of the minimum of seven days to find alternative accommodation following eviction by the Home Office.     So as to avoid motorists honestly believing that they are entering the zone outside of charging hours but then finding they are just inside the charging period, would it not be fair and make claims indisputable if TfL were to install visible timing indicators, such as clocks or lights, at the entry point to the congestion charge area so that motorists could be sure whether or not the charge was in operation? .
