Marina Ahmad AM: Thank you, Chair, and my question is to you, Mr Mayor. As you know, ULEZ-compliant vehicles were available from 2005, 17 years ago. If you do decide to expand the ULEZ, what impact will it have on small businesses that have vehicles that are at least 18/19 years old, and what are the mitigations that you will be putting in place?

Deputy Mayor, as you know, we are now predicted, very sadly, to be going into a recession and the associated high unemployment that will come with that. Through the AEB, how is the GLA going to support Londoners through what is going to be a turbulent time?

Despite our new office building in South London, can I invite the Mayor to explore our wonderful facilities in North London, particularly our historic building, Alexandra Palace, and explore with Haringey Council ways in which we can engage our community up there. We recently had, as you know, Bernie Grant's funeral in Alexandra Palace. Can I invite you to explore the use of that facility?

What attempts are you making to encourage civic participation amongst London's youth and young people, particularly black people in London? I say this in view of turnouts in recent elections, including the Greater London Assembly elections.
