    Does the Mayor believe that any Londoners have a legitimate need for a Band G vehicle?

    Would the Mayor agree that it is high time a statue is erected in memory of Sir Keith Park who spearheaded the effort to protect London during the battle of Britain, and who along with the brave pilots he commanded we owe so much to?

    As Trafalgar Square is the place to remember our great service heros, does he not agree that this would be an ideal place in which to erect a statue of Sir Keith Park, especially as the RAF are the one branch of the armed services not represented in the square?

    If the Mayor does not agree that the 4th Plinth is the correct location in which to erect a statute of Sir Keith Park, would he consider erecting a 5th Plinth in which to erect a statue?

    We accept it may be stupidity but given it was stupid and given that the emails were inappropriate and unacceptable, do you still intend to reappoint Mr Jasper if you are re-elected?

    Ken, can you help me with this? John Ross told us that when he discovered that Mr Jasper had not declared certain interests he notified you of that fact. Did you make sure a formal report of that was made to the Authority's Monitoring Officer?

    I am going simply on your own comments that what he did in relation to the agreed facts - not the matter that the lawyer is looking at - of what was stupid and that the emails were inappropriate and unacceptable. Just on those bases alone do you still intend to reappoint him?
