    • Question by: Angie Bray

I remember that in fact at one stage you were hoping that they would have serviced your Congestion Charge, but that seemed to go awry early on. Is that something you would want to return them to?

  • Mayor's Report (Supplementary) [26]

    • Question by: Angie Bray
    • Meeting date: 20 February 2008
It occurs to me that it would be great obviously to extend it to the full 12 weeks particularly because of Easter coming halfway through the six week period. I think a lot of us, having looked at what has been produced, will fear that, as with so many of these consultations, the minds have already been made up and the consultation is just a kind of box-ticking exercise which might mean that after 12 weeks we are back where we are now. • Illegally marked Bus Lanes

    • Reference: 2008/0249
    • Question by: Angie Bray
    • Meeting date: 30 January 2008
It has been brought to my attention that, following a complaint to the Ombudsman by one of my constituents about the length of time it took for them to respond to his enquiry regarding illegally marked bus lanes, Transport for London agreed that the lanes in question were incorrectly marked. My constituent was awarded compensation for the delay in responding to him, and the Ombudsman further asked TfL to consider undertaking a survey of all bus lanes in London to identify how many other sites are incorrectly marked and thereafter forwarding a copy of its findings to the Ombudsman and...
