    Is the Mayor still determined to press ahead with the decision to allow Band A and B vehicles to drive into the Congestion Charge Zone for free?

    Would TFL give consideration to increasing the number of buses on the 266 route specifically between Acton and Hammersmith to cope with the serious problem of overcrowding at peak hours which is likely to get far worse when new residential developments come on stream? Passengers already find it very difficult to board buses anywhere between Acton Park and Hammersmith during morning peak hours because they arrive full and the problem is the same for passengers travelling west in the evening peak as buses start full from Hammersmith Bus station.

    Given the recent near miss at Heathrow and the fact that the aircraft only just missed residential properties, would the Mayor not agree that this highlights the limits of Heathrow's location and underlines the unsuitability of Heathrow for expansion?
