    How many motorists from the EU27 countries (plus Switzerland & Norway) have been fined by the European Parking Collections (EPC) on behalf of TfL since the Brexit withdrawal agreement? Please break down the figures by individual member state and by year.

    I understand at least five EU countries (Belgium, France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands), have claimed that European Parking Collection has accessed personal details of drivers unlawfully for the purposes of ULEZ enforcement when there is no data sharing agreement with the UK for the purposes of such enforcement. Have you investigated whether EPC has used third party agents to access information, and, if so, who are those third-party agents?
