London's bid document for the Olympic and Paralympic Games stated that during August travel demand on public transport in London is consistently down by up to 20%, leaving ample scope and capacity for the 5% additional demand which would be created by the Games during 2012. Has this situation changed, and if so, what are the key reasons for this? Do you believe there will be still be 15% headroom between demand and supply?
