    Both as a new member of the Assembly and seeing what has happened with the Deputy Mayorship going to the Greens in this final year of your administration, I might take a rather cynical view about you trying to appeal to the environmentalists at this point in your term. But perhaps I am wrong in that.

    I have a problem with this, because it seems to me that the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of London should be standing up with one voice. You saying that actually you are going to say this and my Deputy will say that, will cause real problems in my view for all the agencies that you will have to work with in London.

    Why is there such a short boarding time on the DLR trains leaving Tower Gateway ? Is TfL aware that this is a problem for those passengers with mobility problems and currently there is no signage to indicate that passengers need to board very quickly as the train will depart immediately .

    I wonder if I can follow up on the bus route issue, in particular the need for a north to south bus route. Because, as I understand it, there are many people who find it difficult travelling to the hospitals in the south and having to change in High Street Kensington. Are you taking any steps to look at that and introduce a new route?
