    Whilst Wandsworth Borough Council welcomes the increased funding for the London Youth Offer including the LDA contribution, we are concerned that a flawed funding formula (previously used to allocate Positive Activities for Young People funding) has now been applied to the London Youth Offer resulting in smaller Boroughs with less need receiving more funding than Wandsworth (e.g. Kensington and Chelsea). Could the Mayor please explain and clarify this situation

    Mr Mayor, we can sit here and lose everybody in the figures. I can tell you you are losing 202 officers in the reduction in management structures; you are losing another 323 through improvements to the criminal justice system, a net reduction of 525. We can baffle everybody with all of these figures.
