    The latest data on rough sleeping in London covering July to September shows that 18-25-year olds are the only age group with more people rough sleeping this year than in the same period in 2019. In fact, it shows a 48% increase in the numbers, from 248 to 366. Why do you think there has been an increase in rough sleeping in this age group?
