  • Sophistication/Integrity of TfL's Incident Database

    • Reference: 2024/0961
    • Question by: Keith Prince
    • Meeting date: 15 March 2024
In your response to question 2024/0769, your explanation as to why TfL's Incident Database didn't include the 25 November 2016 incident where a 46 bus operated by Comfort Delgro Metroline under contract to TfL critically injured a pedestrian in a zebra crossing – I.e. your explanation "as neither ‘zebra’ nor ‘pelican’ featured in the incident description free text for the collision on 25 November 2016, it was not captured in the search used to generate the list that was provided to you" implies that TfL's Incident Database is too primitive to support its various 'world leading' bus safety programmes or...

  • Tripartite Meeting: Incorrect Year shown in 17 November 2023 Meeting Minutes

    • Reference: 2024/0965
    • Question by: Keith Prince
    • Meeting date: 15 March 2024
The redacted 17 November 2023 Tripartite Meeting minutes you provided in your response to question 2024/0175 show a date of Friday 17 November 2022, which, I trust, is incorrect. Since this document now forms part of the public record, can you ensure that the correct year is reflected in the document that is both circulated to attendees and also posted on the GLA’s MQT database website?

    • Reference: 2024/0949
    • Question by: Keith Prince
    • Meeting date: 15 March 2024
Do you agree that it would make sense to start the 675 bus 15 minutes earlier from its starting point rather than rerouting it along residential roads and incurring the cost of installing punitive parking restrictions, which local residents strongly oppose?
  • ULEZ Exemption Extension for London Ambulances

    • Reference: 2024/0966
    • Question by: Keith Prince
    • Meeting date: 15 March 2024
In November 2023 I wrote to you, noting that the NHS will have to spend nearly £65 million in order to make ambulances ULEZ compliant and asking that you extend the ULEZ exemption for ambulances well beyond October 2025. Your Deputy Mayor replied to that letter on 7 February, making clear that you have no plans to move the date when the exemption expires. Do you believe that spending nearly £65 million on replacing London Ambulances with newer models represents the best way for the NHS to spend that money and will you please strongly consider an extension to beyond...

When was this group created? Please will you provide me with copies of the group's formal (a) terms of reference, (b) founding memoranda and any (c) agendas, (d) minutes, (e) attendance lists and (f) decision memoranda that result from this group's formal discussions?
