Your 2024/25 Budget Guidance states that there is no confirmation that the business rates pilot arrangements which set the GLA’s retained business rates income at 37% will continue in 2024/25. On the 27 July 2023, the Prime Minister put out a press release which suggested he wanted to centralise housebuilding powers in London.
