Given his and Transport for London's announcement on Friday 4th March regarding buying small non-travel related purchases using an Oystercard, please set out a) how much Transport for London will be charging retailers every time they take a payment by Oyster card, b) how much TfL expects to raise from the scheme with retailers in financial year 2005/06; c) the number of outlets TfL expects the new payment system to operate in by the end of April 2006 and d) if you will make available the business case prepared by TfL that supports the roll out of this scheme.
