Navin Shah AM: Thank you very much. My question is to Professor Fenton. We saw in the first wave that BAME Londoners were disproportionately affected by COVID-19. In fact, the figures were very damning and not acceptable in any situation. What lessons have we learned since the first wave and what has been implemented as a result to improve the situation, which needs to be done speedily and dramatically?

Thank you for your response to my question about, in my view, the discriminatory ban on use of 60+ Freedom Pass during morning peak hours. After months of this imposition by DfT there is no sign of the removal of this restriction. What steps are you taking to demand that the Government removes this condition forthwith? If the ban is not lifted when you are negotiating the next TfL funding can you give me assurance that you would lobby the DfT to lift this condition?

Whilst I appreciate that many of the venues are currently closed, can you please indicate what recovery plans you have for gradual opening of the venues and particularly their use by local communities and stakeholders like schools?
