Sem Moema AM: Thank you, Chair. We are talking about apples and oranges. Help to Buy, as everybody knows here, help precisely nobody on a housing waiting list. It was money for people to buy a house who clearly could not afford homes in London. It has made the affordability crisis in this capital a thousand times worse.
