    So as to avoid motorists honestly believing that they are entering the zone outside of charging hours but then finding they are just inside the charging period, would it not be fair and make claims indisputable if TfL were to install visible timing indicators, such as clocks or lights, at the entry point to the congestion charge area so that motorists could be sure whether or not the charge was in operation? .

    The Bakerloo Line from Queens Park to Harrow and Wealdstone runs on track operated by Network Rail. Silverlink operates stations on this section of the Underground Line. This section of the Bakerloo line was not included in the PPP and as a consequence none of the stations have upgrades planned as part of the PPP programme. Does the Mayor agree that the passenger experience on this section of the Bakerloo Line should be the same as on other parts of the Underground? .
