There have been newspaper reports that a member of staff was dismissed; is that true or false? The Mayor: That is false. Toby Harris: There have been some suggestions, again, no doubt from the press, that the two break-ins at the office were an inside job. There is a large amount of misinformation around. The other element of misinformation, a culmination of Europe, Brussels and you, which is exciting the media, what is the level of total Entertainment Budget for the London House, Brussels? The issue has already been obliquely referred to by Mike Tuffrey, but you have recently made a statement about the consequences of war with Iraq on the economy of London. And in that statement you implied that there'd been some sort of major research study conducted to give you the precise figure that you quoted in that press release. And clearly what I am concerned about is that the resources which were applied to producing that estimate, have led to a delay in the various strategies that we have discussed today. Why were members of the Assembly unable to obtain copies of the briefing notes to support the launch of the London Plan on the day prior to it's launch, when the media were already reporting elements of the plan based on these briefing notes, and the GLA press office was issuing press releases on some aspects of the plan ? .
