    Thank you, Sir Simon. There has been a fog of uncertainty around the work connected with the LDA over recent months because of the issues around the settlement. Are we likely to see this fog lifted next week then when the Mayor will publish some detailed spending plans around the extra money that is coming forward?

    Yes, Chair. I am impressed the Mayor has created another functional body: Bacon for London! I have three areas of questioning - very briefly. The first is you are trying to clutch some sort of victory out of the jaws of defeat, I would suggest.     Can I just understand the numbers a bit better. You talked about the £56 million that was all that was committed up to now but we have got £85.6 million in the budgets for this current year. Is that £85.6 million funded or is there now more in this current year, 2011/12, than that number?

    On the Corporation's Planning Committee you say there are going to be three elected borough politicians on that. Will they form the majority of the Planning Committee?
