Given the Mayor welcomed the conclusion of court action over the Oaks Development in Acton in his answer to my question MQT 2014-2831, given that he deemed the project acceptable in strategic planning terms, will he again welcome the fact that yet another judicial review has been rejected, and what actions will he undertake to help ensure that works can get going to bring about much needed regeneration in Acton?

The Sunday Times reported that on the Committee on the Medical Effects of Air Pollutants, an official advisory body, will publish a report next year showing that the premature death toll caused by road traffic pollution is around twice as high as originally thought. Could TfL liaise better in the future with Football Association and other operators so as not to repeat the debacle of Wembley Park Station being closed on match - major events days - as it happened on 26th November when the station was closed for engineering works when women's football (international) team played at Wembley stadium?

Kensal Green served by Bakerloo line and London Overground trains, with its 46 steps from platform to street, is possibly on of the least accessible stations on the network. Are there any plans to make this station step free?
