  • TfL Complaint Handling

    • Reference: 2023/3228
    • Question by: Joanne McCartney
    • Meeting date: 14 September 2023
When residents complain to TfL, they are given an automated reference number in relation to their complaint. However, this acknowledgement and subsequent emails from TfL only cite the reference number and do not contain any information about the nature of the complaint, date of complaint or subject of the complaint. Can you please look to install a bike rail at the side of the stairs so that cycles can be pushed up and down easily? Can you also encourage Network Rail to do the same?

Will TfL consider improving connectivity between these two communities?

  • 456 bus route

    • Reference: 2023/3232
    • Question by: Joanne McCartney
    • Meeting date: 14 September 2023
Currently, the 456 bus route operates on a half-hourly schedule which is not widely regarded as frequent or a "turn up and go" service. As this route will connect and complement the new X34 from the Firs Lane and the Winchmore Hill areas, there presents a chance to increase the frequency of the service. A higher frequency brings several benefits, such as increased flexibility and convenience for users. It reduces the need for extensive planning and simplifies travel, ultimately saving time, especially when interchanges are made, being it will interchange with the new X34. Sustainability may also present another wider...
