    Some sites, such as Claimmyrefund.co.uk, automatically refund an Oyster Card customers journey costs if they have been delayed more than 15 minutes. Under the current TfL system, it is not automatic and commuters must complete a form. Would it be possible for TfL to move to a system that offered automatic refunds?

Mr Mayor, of course we have also been moving forward with the hydrogen buses and taxis, I believe, for some time with our colleague, Kit Malthouse [Kit Malthouse AM MP], very much promoting that. We have surely already a number of electric courier vans operating around London.

You will be well aware that in my constituency, in Wandsworth, we have the massive Nine Elms [Vauxhall Nine Elms] development going on. I was pretty shocked when on one of my recent visits there to hear from some of the people running the support operation that there are terrible problems with getting the funding and getting the operation going. They are not able to lay on the supplies of skilled young people and apprentices...

    Last week it was revealed that there were over 3,000 train journeys where Londoners could have claimed compensation because their train was late or cancelled. But only 15% of people who could claim actually did. Do you think that train operators and TfL should do more to promote the fact that commuters can receive compensation for late or cancelled journeys?
