    Your response to question 3374/2009 at the last MQT did not in fact answer the question. I would appreciate it if this time you could actually tell me if you will consider halting your current plans to decrement this service under the GLA Act to shift funds to pay for the East London Line phase 2 instead? And if not could you please publish the business case which demonstrates the rational for this switching of funds?
