In view of some of the recent difficulties with Oystercard including the 18-month delay in getting pre-pay Oystercards capped, and the delay in fitting Oystercard readers at the second and third doorways of articulated buses, do you feel confident that Londoners are getting value for money from Oystercard, which cost £1.2 billion to introduce?
