MA3206 states that the Executive Director of Finance and Performance should award the contracts mentioned to "the tenders submitting the most economically advantageous tenders". Can you confirm that, in accordance with the GLA procurement practices actively supporting supplier diversity and environmentally sound provisions, along with value for money the social impact of these contracts will be taken into account and women and BME enterprises and those with good environmental records will be encouraged to bid?
