    A constituent has raised concerns with me about the lack of resilience for stations south of New Cross Gate on the Transport for London (TfL) London Overground line, highlighted by the suspension of services to West Croydon on Wednesday 28 February. In 2022 Southern Railway withdrew the services that stopped at most of these stations and, when signalling problems occur, it has sometimes been the case that through services are kept running while stopping services were cancelled.     On 25 January 2024 the London Assembly unanimously passed my budget related motion, calling on you to prioritise addressing the gaps in training workers in the skills needed for the retrofitting industry and to explore all potential sources of income that can be put towards retrofit programmes, including calling on the Government to provide consistent, multi-year funding without restrictive conditions. Could you update me as to when you will respond to this motion?
