    According to the September 2023 report, Section 106 agreements and unspent developer contributions in England & Wales, from the Home Builders Federation: “Five of the ten councils with the highest amounts of unspent affordable housing contributions are in London.” What action are you taking to push London councils to spend Section 106 and developer contributions in a timely fashion, and do you agree with the recommendations of the report?

    According to the April 2024 report, Building consent: housing by popular demand, from Localis, s106 monies remain “an area under the firm grip of officers, with little or no meaningful public scrutiny.” What action are you taking to push London councils to engage with their citizens to identify local projects and infrastructure to benefit their communities?

    In your answer question 2024/1224 by Sian Berry AM, you said: “The delivery of green and brown roofs is not monitored at the London-wide scale. The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) Framework sets out the performance indicators monitored to assess the effectiveness of the London Plan. This 2019 report looks at data up to 2017, with its findings summarised via infographic.” However, this answer fails to recognise that the Annual Monitoring Report has a performance indicator for green roofs: “KPI 22 Increase total area of green roofs in the CAZ.” Could you provide an up-to-date response for KPI 22?

    What consideration have you made to the loss of green space – from five hectares to two – on Limmo Peninsula and the Bow Creek Ecology Park situated within it, due to development plans as per Mayoral Decision 3109, given this is the only significant green space in the Leamouth area?
