Several members of the Police and Crime Committee received communications from campaigners on behalf of Mogous Abay, who died on June 30 th 1990. The pathologist's report stated that his death was caused by multiple injuries consistent with a fall from a great height. However, the campaigners are concerned about the police investigation into his death, and are seeking for an investigation into the handling of the case. Who is the relevant authority to investigate this and have any investigations taken place?
