Can I just go back to Commissioner Dobson and can I add my congratulations to you for your years of service to London. It is the hymn sheet that your borough commanders are speaking from that concerns me. Let us go onto the second part of this session and let us welcome our colleague, Mr Coleman, who is here in his role as Chairman of London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA).
