The Combined Homelessness and Information Network (CHAIN) confirmed that 4,068 people were counted sleeping rough in London between July and September 2023. This is an increase of 12% compared to the same period in 2022 and London’s highest rough sleeping count since records began. How will you support rough sleepers this winter given that this increase will lead to additional pressures on current services?

In response to MQ 2023/1495, you stated, "I have made certain that all victims, regardless of gender identity, can access support", yet in response to MQ 2023/2724 you stated, "at the end of Q1, 2023/24 there were 910 refuge bedspaces across London. This number is exclusively for women", so when will male victims be able to access support in the form of refuge bedspaces in London in proportion to the needs of male victims?

In your recent press release on affordable homebuilding in the capital, you claimed to have surpassed the target of starting 116,000 genuinely affordable homes for Londoners between 2015/16 and 2022/3. Why did you include the financial year of 2015/2016 in this calculation when you were only elected as Mayor of London in May 2016?

I welcome that organisations across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park have banded together to launch a Women and Girls’ Safety Charter to promote and protect the safety of women on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and in the wider LLDC area.
