    Are you aware that many pedal cycle couriers have been targeted by police for riding on official cycle routes in the Royal Parks contrary to regulation 4(27) of the Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations 1997 (SI No 1997.1639), which prohibits not just motor vehicles used or adapted for trade or business in Royal Parks but also human powered vehicles so used? Will you request the Royal Parks to change this regulation so that it only applies to motor vehicles and that the police do not enforce it in relation to pedal cycles in the meantime?

    Is it reasonable for TfL to insist parents with pushchairs fold them down before boarding London buses and does this not make it un-necessarily difficult for parents of small children who wish to switch from private cars to public transport?

    Although Croydon Council offers a kerbside recycling collection residents in blocks of flats (such as Priory Crescent and Menlo Gardens at Beulah Hill) have complained that they do not currently have access to recycling facilities. As this is clearly against the policies set out in your Municipal Waste Strategy, can you intervene on their behalf?

    At present an occasional traveller from London Fields station to Holborn pays £3.00 for a single yet from January this appears to be going up to £4.10 under the guise of "Introducing London Zonal Fares on National Rail". Is this fair?

    Have you given consideration to the pigeon control method used by Augsburg City Council which consists of providing pigeon lofts for the city's pigeons and controlling population levels by replacing eggs with dummies (whilst discouraging feeding by the public)? Given the success of this scheme in reducing pigeon populations locally might it be employed in parts of London, such as Trafalgar Square?
