    Does the recent closure of the northbound tunnel not highlight the utter stupidity and failure to offer leadership in your decision to scrap the Thames Gateway bridge and then spend 18 months dragging your feet on an alternative with the result than any additional crossing is now delayed by several more years? How do you expect Londoners to cross the Thames in East London when Blackwall is closed? How would you deal with a prolonged closure?
