    I would like to know when and how much you expect to generate from the capital receipts for the five neighbourhoods on the Olympic Park? It is of extreme importance to the boroughs that we should get some sort of handle on this because this is the only way that Londoners who contributed to the cost of the Olympics are likely to get a dividend.     We have heard a lot about employment opportunities for local people. Will you be building any requirement into any of the contracts such as the construction ones to specifically employ and train local people - a bit like Crossrail has been able to do?

    I want to follow on from Andrew but, also, I was struck by something John Biggs said about you are not mentioning the people. A huge part of the legacy is about the people and the people's quality of life when they are living there. The Commission for Sustainable London 2012 recommended that you should develop detailed design guidance for developers on how to incorporate food growing into its development plans.
