    I would like to ask the Chair a few questions about increasing diversity in your workforce. You need to look at the offer that is made to staff and look at work practices. As you know, the Mayor announced that he wanted City Hall to become a model employer, adopting the highest standards to support women in the workplace. Is this something that you are looking to do at LFEPA and what plans do you have to review your current working practices?

    My question is to the Chair of the Fire Authority. Chair, the Fifth London Safety Plan (LSP5), the current one, allows for alternate crewing of some specialist appliances. Can you confirm or do you expect alternate crewing to be extended to LSP6 as well, please?
