I understand there have been issues with the traffic flow following the completion of cycleway 4's Lower Road section. I also understand Southwark officers are looking at a number of options. I understand that the toilets at Vauxhall Station are normally staffed and open in the daytime (8am-8pm) Monday to Sunday. Would you consider opening the toilets overnight (e.g. 24hr opening) if security were in place overnight and funded, for instance, by Vauxhall One as the local Business Investment District?
