    I understand SAIC vehicles were also used by security staff, contracted via Capita, which accompanied the mobile ULEZ camera vans in outer London boroughs. Currently these seem to have been taken off London streets. Has the contract with Capita ended, and, if not, what is the duration of the contract?

    I understand there have been issues with the traffic flow following the completion of cycleway 4's Lower Road section. I also understand Southwark officers are looking at a number of options. One of them would be to change the phasing of traffic light signals at the Plough Way junction. Is that something TfL would consider?

    I understand that the toilets at Vauxhall Station are normally staffed and open in the daytime (8am-8pm) Monday to Sunday. Would you consider opening the toilets overnight (e.g. 24hr opening) if security were in place overnight and funded, for instance, by Vauxhall One as the local Business Investment District?
