In the process of making this forecast, what steps did you take to consider alternative funding mechanisms to the individual grant funding approach, which may have enabled you to upgrade more homes through economies of scale?

In the 25th Mayor’s Report to the Assembly: Mayor’s Question Time 12 October 2023, it says your Deputy Mayor for the Environment and Energy met with Deidre Costigan, Deputy Leader of Ealing Council and Cabinet Member for Climate Action on 11 September 2023.
