    Thank you for your answer to my question 2023/3954, in which you said, “my funding will aim to install retrofit measures on up to 178 low-income households”. In the process of making this forecast, what steps did you take to consider alternative funding mechanisms to the individual grant funding approach, which may have enabled you to upgrade more homes through economies of scale?

What estimates did you make of the anticipated costs to reach these delivery estimates, broken down by a) administration and project management (for both the GLA and RetrofitWorks), b) assessment of homes, c) installation labour, and d) materials for installation?

During that conversation, did the Deputy Mayor discuss concerns raised by local environment campaigners who have raised concerns with Ealing Council over: a) the planned development on Warren Farm, and b) air pollution from the Green Quarter (Southall Gasworks), and could you provide a summary of what was said about each issue?
