Len Duvall AM: Mr Mayor, do you think the continued cuts to local government funding place a challenge not just on the boroughs but on the LLDC in terms of the delivery of the employment legacy? Len Duvall AM: The underlying point in this little exchange is about the transparency of your performance going forward so that we understand if an MDC is getting into difficulty whether you could outline those steps.
