The Cycling Action Plan notes that the fear of collisions and road danger is the most common barrier to cycling. Caroline Russell AM: My questions are for the Deputy Mayor for Culture Justine Simons and are specifically about issues facing Londoners in creative industries, and the part the culture sector may play in the recovery process. At Tuesday’s Economy Committee meeting [2 March 2021], you talked about the scale of the impact the pandemic has had on London’s creative workers.
