    Sem Moema AM: Thank you, Chair, and good morning to you, Mayor Khan and Commissioner. My question is about TfL’s delivery of its 20,000 housing target. You have got a target for 20,000 homes by 2031, of which half - I am pleased to hear - will be affordable.
