    Caroline Pidgeon MBE AM: Thank you very much. Good morning, Mr Mayor and Commissioner. Congratulations on your appointment. I want to focus my questions today on Tube noise and the impact this is having on residents, day and night, in many parts of London, from south Wimbledon to Kennington to King’s Cross.     Sem Moema AM: Thank you, Chair, and good morning to you, Mayor Khan and Commissioner. My question is about TfL’s delivery of its 20,000 housing target. You have got a target for 20,000 homes by 2031, of which half - I am pleased to hear - will be affordable. However, on 13 June [2023] your Finance Officer said that “the focus is on bringing forward new schemes”, so taking things through planning.
