In light of previous answers from the Mayor on accessibility of buses what evaluation has TfL and the local highways authority made of the ease of disembarkartion of my constituents with mobility difficulties or small children from the 227 bus stops at the Greyhound and Market Square in Bromley? .
Since the TTS unit was diverted to the implementation of the Congestion Charge scheme, concerns have been raised about the outstanding backlog of maintenance of signals on Borough roads. Local authorities also have many new schemes which have had to be put on hold. What plans have you for catching up with the maintenance backlog and will TfL enter into service level agreements with the local authorities? .
