You have recently released a report that calls on London to develop a central infrastructure development and delivery centre of expertise. What role would the GLA play in that? What is your thinking?

Also, I want to thank you for the work that you have done on your commission. It is a very important role that you have in advising and influencing the nation’s infrastructure debate.
